formating_error in smartform

Hi,

I am using tiff logo in my smartform. When I execute the smartform i am getting formating_error.

Logo is already imported into se78. In smartform I have tried using graphic window with graphic id,text and ID. But I am not getting output instaed i am getting this exception. Can anybody give me solution to this issue.

Hi,

Smartforms will allow only BMAP & J7L formats.

So, Please upload images in these formats and try.

Hi Suman,

Just try using BMP file instead of TIFF file. WHile saving the image in SE78, save it in BMP format.

Hi Suman,

Check that the name of the graphic in the sapscript(may need to check in sapacript debugging) is exactly the same as in SE78.
