In my workzone standard portal the My Inbox does show the tasks. But when I click on the task the form is not shown to approve or descline a task (see first screenshot). The inbox is working directly in the SAP BTP cockpit (second screenshot) so it seems a kind of authorization problem.
Request clarification before answering.
I had a similar issue where a task UI was not loaded in the "My Inbox" app. My issue was resolved by turning off the "Asynchronous module loading" parameter of the site, as described in the SAP note below:

I have similar problem. The UI for tasks doesn't load on clicking the tile, however number of tasks are shown on the My Inbox tile in the BTP workzone site.
This is my trial account and I've followed all the steps & pre-requisites as per tutorial - https://developers.sap.com/tutorials/spa-create-sapui5-task-orderapproval.html.
Tried after updating the site settings to disable Asynchronous Loading, but still same error. Furthermore, on testing independently/standalone the Task UI is loaded for the approval process and also can see it My Inbox if opened from Build lobby.
