Hi all,
is there a FM to execute a rule ?
In fact i would like to manage in the case where no agents found for a task. If no agents found i would like to notify administrator or the creator.

How can i use this function ?
Imagine, in my workflow i have a task with a rule for assignment agents. I would like in ABAP to execute the rule affected to this task.

How do you normally use a function module? I don't need a step by step procedure, you can just describe it briefly.
