Is it to hard to prepare release notes for fix packs?

We do not know what is fixed.

good old days there were hot fixes with full explantions...

Where did you download the fixpack from?

Did you get it from the service marketplace or from this sites download section?

I cant tell from that link if you got them from the Service Market Place or the ungated site.

If you got them from the service marketplace then you just need to click on the Info link to the right of the link you click to download the fixpack. That will have notes for both release notes and fixed issues.

I am currently trying to get the fixpack release and fixed issues notes added to the SAP Community Network download site.

The link is useless to people who aren't part of the market place, this is a ridiculous situation release notes are not some secret they should be available along with the re-distributables for everyone. Please SAP sort yourself out and stop making your customers angry, it's not something difficult to do and has been asked for numerous times previously.
