Fiori Launchpad : Passing USERID dynamically to URL

Hi all,

My question is little bit the same as this one (https://answers.sap.com/questions/212732/passing-userid-dynamically-to-odataservice-in-dyna.html) but my requirement is more easy 🙂

I have an external application (Success Factors application) which require the SAP User-ID to work. This application have to be consume into the Launchpad directly. So, I need to pass the User-ID dynamically to that external app.

I have seen in the help, that it is possible to pass user parameters (https://help.sap.com/viewer/a7b390faab1140c087b8926571e942b7/1709.001/en-US/ba45ed0beb8d4c64aadf109a...) like those :

• sap-ui-legacy-date-format
• sap-language
  
• ...

but no User ID.

Is the help site is not up to date and there is a magic parameter to handle User-ID or it is something not planned ?

Is there any solution ?

Did you try this? Link Probably you have to call the URL explicitly by passing userid?

Hi,

In that context, when I say dynamically, I mean when I create a target mapping in the launchpad designer, I need to put a variable like %%sap.userid%% inside the URL parameter, which will be dynamically set by the launchpad.

I do not have access to a programming language.
