Fiori Employee Lookup/People Profile - Empty Org Structure

Hello Experts,

We are implementing Fiori HR Apps. We are in GBX01HR - SP5 in the backend.

Everything works fine in the backend except that there is empty page in the Organization Hierarchy.

It is the same case even with the standard tiles or the customized launchpad tiles. I suspect it is due to missing configuration in the backend. Any ideas? There are no errors in the console as well.
