Hi,
We are currently nearing the completion of a project to upgrade our SAP landscape from ECC6 to S/4 Hana in addition to rewriting all of our business processes to a more standardised format. A hub based deployment was adopted, with a back-end S/4 ERP system and a front-end Fiori system created on separate boxes.
New PFCG roles have been built to cater for these new business processes, which are mainly comprised of catalogs containing the necessary target mappings to run the in-scope apps (some of our roles also contain access to t-codes as well).
I would like to know if there is any single report which will outline all the Fiori apps / t-codes contained within a single PFCG role? Previously (when dealing with just t-codes), we could have easily obtained this data from SAP tables / SUIM etc, but it now doesn't seem possible to get this data.
We are currently having to run t-code /UI2/FLIA and use a vlookup against a raw data sheet of all the target mappings of the apps within 1709SP02 (this data was provided by SAP), however, I don't believe all target mappings are included and it also doesn't cover our custom apps!
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Hi David,
There is no single report that would show the list of all apps for the role.
In our projects, we handle this need with a free tool called Fiori Tracker. The tool keeps a list of in-scope catalogs and apps (called "To-be") and retrieves the list of apps for a given catalog. Apps' "To-be" records enable the match of target mapping to an application ID and friendly name for every possible type, including custom, extended, standard, and SAP Gui classic apps. This way, we get an "As-is" list of the apps. With the catalogs' "As-is" app list, we can easily list all apps for the role.
Regards
Greg
ps. Apps "To-be" records serve us in many other cases: when users need to tell the correct app when calling the support team or for gathering apps usage information.
