FIORI App : My Leave Request doesn't work (display blank screen)

Dear all experts,

I'm facing a problem by deploying the My Leave request App : App Library Link

I followed the implementation steps but when I click on the tile to access to the application, I've the following screen :

When I check the Network information, I retrieve the metadata correctly :

I also deployed several apps, and i didn't have any issues :

All services, Odata, components are installed and activated as described in the app deployment steps.

Do you have any idea ?

When you open the app tile, do you see any error message(s) in the browser console/gateway error logs?

Everything is fine in the browser logs. I've no messages, it's empty
