How to find ELTUID for calculated key figues, restricted key figures and formulas.

Execute query in BEx Analyzer click on filter icon for Key Figure structure, turn on the tech names.

Is there any table which gives this information just by providing the technical name of the object?
RSZELTDIR-MAPNAME.

in SE16 enter RSZELTDIR. Input the technical name of the CKF in the MAPNAME or Query box and OBJVERS = 'A'. Excute, this should give you the ELTUID.
