filter charm cycles based on system id where multiple development systems are configured

In SAP charm administration cockpit, it is very easy and useful to filter the charm cycles based on a specific development system, if only one development system is configured for that particular cycle (see first two examples in my screenshot).

But there are certain change cycles set up in the system with multiple development systems. These cycles appear in the list with an icon rather than the actual system name. If you click on the icon, the system gives you a popup of all systems names configured in that cycle. This works fine if you know which charm release cycle you want this information for.

But if I want to filter all cycles where a particular systems if configured, I cannot find a way for the filter to work for these cycles where more than one development systems are configured.

For ex. in my screenshot, the third cycle is configured with multiple development systems including R4D, but I just can't find a way to filter by R4D, to display that cycle and filter out the other ones.

Any idea how to achieve this please?

Dear Customer, I understand the challenge you are facing with filtering change cycles in the SAP ChaRM Administration Cockpit, especially when multiple development systems are configured for a single change cycle. It seems that the standard filtering options in the user interface do not provide a straightforward way to filter the cycles based on a specific development system when multiple systems are involved. One potential solution to this challenge could involve leveraging the backend data and performing custom filtering or creating custom reports using SAP Business Warehouse (BW) or SAP HANA. By accessing the underlying data model and the tables that store the ChaRM configuration and cycle information, you may be able to create custom reports or queries that allow you to filter change cycles based on specific development systems, even when multiple systems are configured for a single cycle. Additionally, you may want to explore the possibility of creating custom Fiori apps or custom dashboards using SAP Fiori or SAPUI5, which can provide more flexibility and customization options for filtering and displaying change cycle information based on specific development systems. It's important to note that making custom modifications or custom reports may require involvement from SAP Basis and development teams to ensure that the changes align with best practices and do not impact the system stability or standard functionality. Best regards, Vera Jiang
