Hi All,

I get the same error. I checked my pipline url in SLD its port is 8000. I also checked the port definition in SMICM transaction. It is also 8000. But in my integration Adapter Engine status appears first "Waiting" then turns into "System error". And in my audit log I get the same error as Jai Shankar:

2006-07-13 14:42:01 Error SOAPFault received from Integration Server. ErrorCode/Category: XIServer/IN_BIND_WRONG_ADPT; Params: File; AdditionalText: ; ApplicationFaultMessage: ; ErrorStack: Server agreement found belongs to adapter File; current adapter is 'XI'.

2006-07-13 14:42:01 Error Transmitting the message to endpoint http://<fqdn>:8000/sap/xi/engine?type=entry using connection AFW failed, due to: Received HTTP response code 500 : Error during conversion of XI message.

Do you have any suggestions?

Hi All,

The Adapter Engine Status led is RED.

In adapter ping status is green but

I can see my communication channel in coomunication channel monitoring. It is working perfectly well. The status is green and I can see my input converted to XML format.

Advise me.

HI,

<i>status is green and I can see my input converted to XML format</i>

>>It is working fine right. You are able to get the message in MONI? If so , then it is ok. No problem

If the Adapter Engine status is Red, double click on that led and check is it becomes green?

Hi,

I think the error is pipeline problem from Adapter engine to Integration Engine. try to activate all the services in SICF transatcions. Refer this SAP note -517484.

And go to Tcode SMICM then menu GOTO --> SERVICES and check the port number for HTTP

Refer this guide from service market place. Adapter Monitoring guide-

Hi,

Is the file being picked up?

The message may not be shown in sxmb_moni because, there might be some error at the adapter.

Log on to runtime workbench->adapter monitoring.

Double click on the file adapter. Check the led corresponding to your sender communication channel. Is it green? Read the log next to your communication channel. They might give you more information.

Hi,

After I have done the changes and refreshed the cache,

I am getting a different error.

SOAPFault received from Integration Server. ErrorCode/Category: XIServer/IN_BIND_WRONG_ADPT; Params: File; AdditionalText: ; ApplicationFaultMessage: ; ErrorStack: Sender agreement found belongs to adapter File; however, current adapter is 'XI'.

Transmitting the message to endpoint http://ac4sap02:8081/sap/xi/engine?type=entry using connection AFW failed, due to: Received HTTP response code 500 : Error during conversion of XI message.

I am using a sender File adapter and receiver XI adapter(proxy).

Any pointers on how this issue?

Hi,

Is your error in ABAP Proxy now. Is the file getting picked up now. If not please can you look at the post installation steps in the installation guide.

If the error is in proxy, please can you check at:

Hi,

Is File is picked up ? WHat is showing in Adapter Monitoring in RWB ?

If it is green/picked up, check in Message Monitoring in RWB.

Are you able to see messages in SXMB_MONI ?

HI Vijaya,

I have used a Business Service and not a business System.

Help me solve the issue.

Thanks & Regards,

Hi,

This is because of Intergration Server Pipeline URL problem.

Go to SLD->Business System-><IntegrtaioNServer>->pipeline URL

it should be

http://<host>:<port>/sap/xi/engine?type=entry

Here port is nothing but Http port(8xxx)

Hope this helps,

Hi All,

The port no. was 51800. I changed it to http port no. 8081. But still in the audit log I get the port number as 51800.

Suggest me what I can do.

Thanks.

Jai Shankar.

Hi,

goto SXMB_ADM --> Integration Engine and check if for the Integration server you have the same URL as that in the SLD. There is some sync button or something from where you can pull the changed one into SXMB_ADM.

Or just change it and see if it works.

Also, try cache refresh before you do anything else.

Hi,

Should I use the port number 58100 or 8081?

When I launch the Integration Builder the browser opens in the url http://sap1:58100/rep/start/index.jsp.

Thanks in Advance,

Jai Shankar.

Hi Jaishankar,

That is right ..Here you need to use J2EE port only.

Just check the Adapter status by running the Scenario(i.e file scenario)

Hi Moorthy,

I reffered to the thread

I face exactly the same problem.

I have given the following values.

<b><b>In Sld:58100

In exchange Profile

com.sap.aii.connect.integrationserver.r3.httpport = 8081

com.sap.aii.connect.integrationserver.httpport = 58100

In SXMB_ADM- IS_URL : 58100</b>

Kindly tell me where I have gone wrong?
