File adapter problem , csv file not getting generated

Hi,

I have sent a IDOC to XI . In SXMB_MONI on xi server the message status is showing Processed successfully. But the flat file is not getting generated.

What could be the problem. In adapter monitoring the file adapter is showing in grey colour and is showing the message

No entries to display for http://sap.com/xi/XI/System:File on node Server

What could be problem

Kindly suggest.

Hi Monzy,

your communication channel is not active or your adapter cache is not up-to-date.

Try following: deactivate the channel, release the change list, activate the channel, release the change list. Check the cache refresh log (in directory).

For the message itself, go to RWB -> Message Monitor, Choose Adapter Engine, check for error messages there.

I reimported tpz file , but still in Adapter monitoring it is showing in grey color.

Hi,

Yes i am able to see all the adapters

BC , MARKETPLACE , XI is showing in green color.

FILE , JDBC , JMS , JPR , MAIL RFC in grey color

In case of CIDX , RNIF ,SOAP it is not showing the hyerlink.
