Hello experts,

we have implementated Federated Portal , and i am able to see the remote role from producer Portal into Consumer Portal.

when i access the remote roles in Consumer Portal (using ESS /MSS roles).

when i click on any link(personal info,employee search, working time, etc..) in overview page of ESS or MSS i am not able to open any link and link was not responding

and i do not see any error message when i click on zny links of ESS /MSS

any guess experts or any inputs what could be the problem Pls help me on this issue.

Vijay,

Check for all the JCOs for ESS and MSS if there are pingable and try to do a test on them as well.

pls clear my question.

1. which Jcos i need to test or ping (wheather producer portal or consumer portal)

2. in Consumer portal JCo need to be mapped to producer portal ecc ?

Pls help me on this so that i can go in that way.

What is the error that you get? and what scenario r u using RDL or RRL?

no error meaasge we get when click on remote role ess/mss links

RDL - remote delta link

RRL - Remote role assign it RRA not RRL right

we use RRA - Remote role assignment

Pls help me on this issue
