I have to change a script file but it is blocked by SAP_SUPP001. Is there any possibility to solve this on my own or do I have to open an incident ?

Have you tried deleting its session from Administration -> Session Administration in the studio.
If the session cannot be deleted that way, raise an incident.

FYI: If you are not able to remove the lock via the way described, then this lock was set during some incident handling in the backend.
It cannot be removed by Studio tools and you definitely need an incident (as the supporter forgot to release that lock ).
I actually had this happen to me also a few times.
Usually a short call to the customer support center solved the issue within minutes.
Alternatively create an incident, reaction time in this case should be within a few hours.
