I have an BTP Trial account and ran into the Failed to load credentials problem when accessing tge CI/CD service.

Who is my responsible administrator?

Hi peter2021,

Were you able to add the role collection "CICD Service Administrator" to your user.

AFAIK, on a trial account you are the super user for that account. Just go to the "Security" Menu and "Role Collections". Find the mentioned role collection and assign your user (from SAP ID Service) to it.
