Facing trouble with SAP Build Process Automation - Outlook SDK

Hello,
I'm facing the issue with outlook SDK. It says failed to start outlook, although i have outlook on my desktop.

Can anyone give me suggestions what to do in this case? I'm not understanding where exactly is the issue.

I have the same issue with an unattended job. I created, and scheduled a dummy that does the same actions, and it sends an email successfully.
The failed step is "Open Outlook Instance".
What can be the causes of this fail ?
