Extractor for Top Objects extractor failed in Solution Manager 7.1

Dear All,

Recently we activated DVM in our Solution Manager 7.1 SP12 but after activating Extractor for Top Objects extractor getting failed with below error .

None: No RFC authorization for function module DVM_GET_SMD_REQUESTS

When this extractor fails we have two ABAP dumps logged in system.

BW Client:

User:  SM_BW_SMD

Runtime error : RFC_NO_AUTHORITY

Short text: No RFC authorization for function module DVM_GET_SMD_REQUESTS.

SolMan Client :

User: SM_EFWK

Runtime Error : CALL_FUNCTION_REMOTE_ERROR

ABAP Program : SAPLAGS_DVM_EFWK

Short text : No rfc authorization for function module DVM_GET_SMD_REQUESTS.

Kindly let me know if some one faced same issue and solution.

user roles are up to date,please let me know is any other role need to be specified to users for DVM.

Hello Veekshith,

Please check the below role assignments.

USER: SM_EFWK

Role: SAP_SM_DVM_EXTRACTOR

SM_BW_SMD

Role: Role SAP_SM_BW_ESR_EXTRACTOR

Please check and revert if there are any dumps in your system.
