Hello everyone,
Is there a method to retrieve the customer ID using either the customer's telephone number or their name in ECC?
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
You can table join KNA1 with ADR2 table from where you get the required telephone number for a given customer number
