Hi,
I need to export the user data of my Portal. In theory, in User Administration I should see the Import/Export option but I see only the option 'Import'.
Can anybody tell me how can I enable the export option?

Hi David,
When you say you are only seeing the 'Import' option is it like you are referring to the "Import" tab that we see under User Administration tab in Portal? And you would like to also see "Export" tab on same level?
If yes then there is not such Export tab in the User Administration tab. In order to Export User Data you would need to do below steps.
1. Go to User Administration --> Identity Management in Portal.
2. Here in the toolbar buttons above the search results table you should find a button called "EXPORT".
3. We should search for required User Data using search criteria options and get the results in the table. Select the records that you want to export.
4. And then click on EXPORT button, this would take you to Export editor where the selected user data (from table) is displayed in a Text Edit box.
5. Simply copy paste this text box content into a Notepad and save it locally.
6. Finally wherever you want to Import this data you would login into that Portal, go to User Administration --> Import tab, here you can either choose your .txt local file in given browse field OR copy paste your local file contents in the text box available and say UPLOAD to load data.
