Hi Experts,

I need some help on how to abort the job 590/2. Exec Plugin - Modify User.   There was an issue with the "displayname" attribute value being updated for one of the employee record  in Active directory.  As a trial, test provisioning task  of job 590/2. Exec Plugin - Modify User was executed for the mskeyvalue.    This failed with error and the job is running in loop with errors.   I am unable to see a way to abort this.  Please advise.

The error in the log is

I have tried to delete the identity from IDS, but this does not stop the job.

Regards

Kavitha

Hi Kavitha,

Did you tried to disable the job, or can you try to uncheck the dispatcher.

If still executing let us know.

Hi Jaya,

I have disabled the job, tried to stop and restart the dispatcher, but still the job keeps failing.   Is there any other way of having this job aborted.

Hi Kavitha,

Go to the Exec-Modify user job, in the options tab we have Dispatchers row.

In Deselect all the dispatcher, in Run by Dispatcher and wait till this job to stop.

If we deselect the dispatcher, it should execute.

Hi Jaya,

I have already tried it, but that does not abort the job because when you enable it again, the job starts failing again.

Is there a way to delete the mskey for which the job is running in loop.

Hi Kavitha,

Can you check in database in mxp_provision table.

If you delete mskey in provisioning table, it wont execute for this user.
