Hi experts

while trying to deploy a webdynpro application, im facing problem with deployment & get an error message

500 Internal Server Error

Failed to process request. Please contact your system administrator.

Error Summary

While processing the current request, an exception occured which could not be handled by the application or the framework.

If the information contained on this page doesn't help you to find and correct the cause of the problem, please contact your system administrator. To facilitate analysis of the problem, keep a copy of this error page. Root Cause

The initial exception that caused the request to fail, was:

com.sap.mw.jco.JCO$Exception: (103) RFC_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE: Password logon no longer possible - too many failed attempts

plz guide me wht should i do to resolve this issue & deploy it properly

Hi ,

May be userid locked.

Run SUIM, and check for for locked users (failed logon attempts in the abap backend.

thanks for u reply

after intering the Tcode i did manage to unlock the user but again im getting the same error of logon failure

shall i change the password of the user if so how OR

anyother way to solve this issues

I solve this problem with stop/start in Portal.

Hi , Check the user in backend exists or not?

check user maybe locked

Hi,

This is because, your R3 is restricting the user from logging in....

Do one thing... login to R3, and change the password for the user through which you are trying to run the JCo.

Hi,

You are getting this error while deploying to sdm? is sdm is up and running?

check your sdm password has been reseted? did you type wrong password for more than 3 times?

contact your basis team.

Yes im getting this error while trying to deploy through the SDM

I cheked, the SDM is working properly, it is showing green under J2EE tab in webdynpro

i think i did typed wrong password for the SDM,

plz tell me how to assing new password to SDM and how
