Hi All,

I'm Trying to connect my SAC to Excel add in, I loged on and the the add in accept my cred.

After my cred accepted it opens new browser tab that looks stuck. (picture attached).

I turn my trust origin on in the administration work center.

Please advice me how to solve this issue.

Kind Regards,

Matan.

I would suggest you to create a ticket on this to SAP.

@Matan, Were you able to solve the above issue. Looks like even am facing the same issue. When i login, it accepts my credentials, but then it opens up a new external browser tab for SAC, but nothing happens. Also, I feel ideally it should be open SAC in the Excel itself and not in the external browser. Why is it doing this, any resolution?

Hi guys,

there are four things you need to make sure before using SAC add-in for MS Office:

* the tenant needs to be on Cloud Foundry (Neo is not supported)

* make sure the trusted origins are maintained in the tenant according to https://help.sap.com/viewer/2b73edbc8f8f4189a36bc7a2e038185c/cloud/en-US/831885de14204771bc3152271a2...

* if the tenant is not in sapanalytics.cloud domain, make sure the tenant is configured according to https://help.sap.com/viewer/2b73edbc8f8f4189a36bc7a2e038185c/cloud/en-US/db2f874261824d63adb3ca198f6...

* if the add-in is distributed centrally (or the tenant is configured according to the previous point), the customer needs to be on Exchange Online (!) ....

Hope this helps.

Best,

Alex

First of all, you have to provide version/SP of you AO add-in.

I have same issues with my AO 2.8 SP01, upgraded to AO 2.8 SP05 and the issue was solved.

Sorry, never used this Add-in...

No idea.

I have the issue with prior version of SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office and it was solved by upgrade to the resent one.
