Excel 2007 & Integrated Planning workbooks

Hi,

I am working with Excel 2007 and have a problem in combination with IP based workbooks. Each time I open a IP based (input) workbook my Excel 2007 session is freezing. It doesn't happen with normal reporting workbooks when these are opened in Excel 2007. So the problem is really IP based.

I switched off virus scanners, windows firewall, installted the newest Bex FEP,... but this didn't help. The probleem seems Excel 2007 related since other collegues with similar SAP patch levels and older Excel versions don't have this problem.

Does anyone have any idea ?

Hello

What are your FEP and system version and patch level?

Have you tested your frontend instalation using note 1013202?

Hi,

Excel 2003 works well with the Analyzer.

We too faced many problems when our MS office was upgraded to 2007. Hence, we reverted back to 2003.

Now we don't have any problems.

Hi,

Just try setting your macro security to low and check both the boxes to trust all sources in the next tab of the security screen.

Does this help any bit?
