Good Morning,
We use Exact 2013 CR Runtime to generate reports on our ERP software.
Since we updated to the Windows 10 anniversary update, the reports are no longer filtered by the predefined ranges, such as "Received Date" and instead simply pull everything generating pages and pages of data.
This is the same across all devices that are anniversary updated, except for one, but I cannot tell why. I assume perhaps some dependency is on a different version, but what, I am not sure.
I know after looking around, that our ERP software report the source of the issue to be; "It seems that the target exSQLData2.exe is unregistered and exSQLHolder entries are missing from the registry after the Windows update."
But what that means exactly I am not sure, as comparing a working and non-working machine I couldn't spot any differences within the registries, and am not sure what they meant about exSQLdata2.exe not being registered.
Any advice or suggestions would be much appreciated, my assumption this far has been that some dependencies is on a different version on the working machine which is allowing it to work, but I am not sure which one.
Many thanks.

Dell is correct, Exact is an OEM partner and they are under contract to be the first line of support. You need to check with them if they have an update that supports Windows 10.
Likely due to the version of CR runtime, The latest versions support Windows 10, likely they are not using that version.
And when installing and software on Windows 10 you should always right click on the setup.exe and select Run As Administrator.
