Hi,

We installed BI4.1_SP4 in Windows Server2012.

Tomcat 7.0 is the APServer.

The following error shows in an event viewer.

---------------------------------------------------------------------

"Application",81037,"2014/12/08 18:40:23","+0900","2014/12/08

18:40:23","+0900",0,"Error","Error","classic",0,"Error","SAPJVM","boserver01.abc.local","N/A",

The description for Event ID 0 from source SAPJVM cannot be found.

Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer

or the installation is corrupted.

You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

The next information is included in an event.:

   :    [6232]  18:40:23    ***ERROR (:0): Java assert: Assertion in

com.businessobjects.foundation.logging.log4j.Log4jLogger.assertTrue(Log4jLogger.java:52)

---------------------------------------------------------------------

By the way, after error occurrence, it seems no problem in BO.

Please tell me the cause and the corrective action by which this error log is indicated.

Regards,

Michiko

Can you check the PID for 81037 in Task manager. and Tomcat service as well

I suspect this is an issue related with logging at tomcat / APS. Have we set any logging level for the servers. Probably the logs are not getting accumulated as set in their properties.

Hi,

Thank you very much for your answer.

It doesn't influence movement of BO, so I'm going to see how things are for a while.

Regards,

Michiko
