ESS/MSS Error

HI,

I am working on the customisation of ESSMSS package.

I imported one package to my NWDS.When I tried to build the package,its showing error:-Type mismatch-Cannot convert from AbstactStringBuilder to StringBuffer.

Can any one suggest me the name of the JAR file that I need to include in the classpath.

Hi,

What is the JRE version on your local system?

If it is more than JRE 1.4 (say for ex. JRE 1.6), then try to make it JRE 1.4. It will work.

I am using JRE 1.5.

Shall I change it to JRE 1.4

Hi,

Instead build, try to deploy archive and run just like deploying the local webdynpro application, becoz I also faced the same problem and when I did in the above way it got solved.
