Errors with Business Objects 4.3 Sp3 Patch 12

Hi All,

We recently upgraded our Business Objects version to 4.3 SP3 Patch 12 and started getting so many errors.

"Session is closed".

"Communication failure".

"Internal Server error".

Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

Did you reboot the BO server?

Hi James, We rebooted the server and the issue seems to be fixed. However, we are unable to access the individual BI Launchpad links but the cluster launchpad link works fine. With individual BI launchpad link, we are getting "Logon failed for RESTful Web Services. Contact system administrator." error. Please advise. Regards

Not sure if you need this info. Individual links for CMC works fine.
