Request clarification before answering.
Hi,
Whats mapped to the infoobject in the data source??
Go to the data source and inside the data source go inside the fields tab...check if the source field for that infoobject has ALPHA option present for the column SS conv routine??
Remove it from there if its there for that source field and then check if data load is Ok after that.
Thanks
Ajeet

Hi KK.......
May be u don't hav the authorization............or delete the request from the target.......then try to edit the Transfer rule.........this may be the reason.......
Go to the Transfer rules >> there check the conversion flag checkbox for the info-object for which this error is coming................Then activate the transfer rules and reload.........
Otherwise ask anyone who hav the authorization to make the above changes......
Hope this helps.........
