We use Crystal Reports 8.0 and developed an Internet Explorere 6.0 interface to retrieve the reports in our CRM by ONYX.
We have built our custom Printer Engine.
Every body are able to run the reports quite normally, except one user among the 100+ users.
In that user's PC, all the Crystal Reports Text objects are rendered too small to read.
The same reports are working fine for all other users. And the user has no access to modify the source report file, but just can see the report via report viewer. As the operations are driven by Central CRM, there is only one report file which is working similar to all users except one user.
Will there be any Registry checks to do ? Please advice. Given the role of the user, we can not replace / re-install OS and other softwares in the machine.
One possibility for this is that the user has an unusual printer driver set as their default printer. I would check that they have a regular printer installed and set as the default.
The other possibility is that they have their IE option set to display text as small. If you go to "View" -> "Text Size" - what size do they have the text set to?
