Error with AP Deltas

I can not seem to perform a delta update on my Accounts Payable cube. I have successfully created an AP cube and can do the DELTA INITIALIZATION but as soon as I try to perform a DELTA UPDATE I get the following error which makes no sense to me;

Full 34,217 has overlapping selections with init. 0000034215 : No updates into 0FIAP_O03

Anyone know what this means?

Ahh yes, I am indeed updating to a CUBE and to an ODS. How should I handle this situation? Should I be doing a FULL UPDATE each day instead of a delta? Can the ODS not handle deltas??

Delta loads are possible, but can you check to see that Delta is selected in the InfoPackage you are using...

I'm sorry but apparently I'm an idiot! The infopackage was set to Full Update instead of Delta Update! I ran it and it worked. It is only updating the ODS and not the cube but that's a different problem I had forgotten about (only the ODS appears in the target area of the info package) and I will post a separate question for that.

Hi Patrick,

The error message suggests that you are doing a load into the ODS. If you have performed the Init to the ODS, you would need to mark your request as a Full Repair, or else just do a delta.
