Error while using a Custom OVS : Referenced file must be tagged for device Tablet

Hello All,

Value Help for 'Sales Order Id' is needed in my screen.

I have created a custom OVS for CustomerQuote BO.

Now when I add this OVS to my QC screen, I get the below error

I created Screen Scenarios for my custom BO using 'Thing based navigation' option.

Supported Devices option selected was 'Desktop and Tablet'.

Should it be 'Desktop only' ?

Can it change it now ?

Or is it possible to make the newly created OVS work in both 'Desktop and Tablet' ?

Please suggest.

HelloPadmini,

If you open the OVS in the UI Designer you can click in the "Configuration" area on the "Tags" and maintain the supported devices.
