Error while subscribing a multi-tenant application caused by 500 Internal Server Error

Hi

I am getting below error while do subscribe from the Tenant account.

Couldn't subscribe to ManageDigitalVehicleQuotation. Please try again. If the problem persists, open a ticket using the BCP component for this application.
