Error while creating the AP credit memo (#61427)

Dear Expert,

     While creating AP Credit Memo (Item Type) following error occurred:

No matching records found  'G/L Accounts' (OACT) (ODBC -2028)  [Message 131-183] 

We have updated all the GL determination including Expense Clearing Account.

Not single GL determination is blank in system.

Please suggest on the same.
