Error while connecting to service: ESOCKETTIMEDOUT while connecting to Azure Cloud SQL DB

Hello Folks,

I am trying to connect to Azure Cloud SQL DB from SAP Data Intelligence v 3.1.13

I have got my Global IP address whitelisted in the DB but still I'm getting the error: "Error while connecting to service: ESOCKETTIMEDOUT".

Is there any firewall/port/configuration which needs to be allowed/opened/maintained to fix the connection?

update : It just came to light that the connection from SAP Data Intelligence QA to Azure SQL DB is working fine. So, is it just the firewall issue in SAP DI dev?

The issue is with the NAT gateway and network team is working on it. Thank you all for your help.
