Error when mapping a Component Interface Definition Node

Hi,

I have a Component (COMP A), It implements the Component Interface definition INTF A. The Component Interface has a Context Node (Node_A).

Since COMP A implements the component interface INTF A, the Node_A is available in the Component COntroller Context of COMP A.

COMP A reuses COMP B.

COMP B also has Node_B of same structure as Node_A.

I want to Map Node_A from COMP A to Node_B from COMP_B's Interface Controller.

When I try to do the context mapping, I get the Error

" Context element Node_A does not match Component Interface Definition"

I checked the Used Interfaces Tab for COMP_A and there INTF A Reimplementation turns red. When I try to reimplement, it gives a dump.

My Question is , isn't it possible to map the Context Node from a Component Interface Definition after implementing the Component Interface ?

There should not be any problem mapping node of your Comp B to Com A.

I have repeated the same and it worked fine.. make sure the structure and the attribtues are same

Yes thats what I thought. Even I have done it before. May be its a Bug in current SP ? We are on SP 15.

Otherwise everything looks fine. The structures of 2 nodes are same.

Just after Mapping the nodes, it thinks the definition of the nodes in the interface is different than that in the component. Dont know why.
