Error when generating the program /MERP/CORE_CPMS_APPCREATE_PROG in SE38

Hi on-call experts.

I'm encountering the following issue when trying to generate the app SAP&SAM_2205 using the program /MERP/CORE_CPMS_APPCREATE_PROG. 

I followed all the steps in the installation guide while configuring the program, filled in all the mandatory fields, but when I attempt to run the program, I get directed to a Short Dump, as shown in the image below:

When checking the error log in SMICM, I come across the following error:

Could someone help me solve this issue so that I can successfully generate the SSAM application?

Hello Samuel,

we have also a problem with the AppCreator since 4-5 month, the connection is working for us, but in the Application in Mobile Services several information (Mobile Connection,...) are missing. Currently we were not able to solve the issue and have an open SAP Ticket.

But in the meantime we got several notes, maybe they are also interesting for you. With one Note, we got better a better overview for the errors:

Björn, I would suggest verifying your user has the correct permissions in the BTP Subaccount Space (Space Developer) when running the program to create the app
