Error when downloading EWA report locally

Dear Folks,

I got the following error when downloading EWA report from solution manager 7.0:

"<p><b>Error: An exception with the type CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL occurred, but was neither handled locally, nor declared in a RAISING clause, Program CL_GUI_GP=====================CP, Include CL_GUI_GP=====================CM017, Row 1 </b></p> </body></html>"

On the PC, SAPGUI is version 710 and MS Words 2003.

Checking ST22 and SM21, found no related errors.

Please help.

It's very likely an issue with your SAPGUI.

Please check, whether you are using the most current version and update if necessary.
