HI Priyanka, I am facing the same issue and create a new subaccount ( AWS VA ), in which the CI activation failed. Then created another subaccount in Microsoft Azure Singapore and tried there. The CI activation is stuck at 0. Could there be another reason for this? Thanks
Just a quick update after waiting and retrying ( took 2 hrs ) - The activation was successful in MS Azure Singapore account.
