Error: Server CEL_BO_TSE:6400 not found or server may be down (FWM 01003)

I am facing the above error while trying to login CMC. I know there are lot of threads on this issue, but I am actually running short of time to review all the threads and find the one solution. Hence picking this short cut. Apologoize for repeating this question.

BO XI R3 3.1

On Center Config Manager:

APache Tomcat - Running

ESet HTTP Server - Stopped

SIA - Running

winHTTPwebproxy..... - Running

I am able to connect to CMS database and also it is on port 6400.

I have restarted this a couple of times, but it is not working yet.

Please help!.

Hi Ramya,

1.Stop SIA>go to propertiestab in ccm>a dailog box will open >select configuration tab>configure the cms system database and check "change cluster name to" check box and enter the BO systen name there.

2.Update the hosts file (C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts by default) to specify the correct IP address for this host

restart SIA and then try loggin in.

Hi Prithvi,

Thank you for your help on this issue. Unfortunately before I couldn't perform these steps, the BO was reinstalled by my team!.

It is working now, however I have made a note of this for future references.
