Error rendering chatbot in Fiori Launchpad

Hello Experts,

I am facing error while rendering the chatbot into a FLP, followed the below blog. Thanks muralidaran.shanmugham2 for the beautiful blog.

Below is the error screenshot . 404 Not found the Channel.

When i try to execute the URL on the browser , getting below Channel Not found error.

Note :- I am using both enterprise version of BTP and SAP Conversational AI.

Hi Aisurya,

you're mentioning that you're using the enterprise edition of SAP Conversational AI, but you're loading the web chat from the community edition (as you can see from the URL api.cai.tools.sap). Therefore you would need to adopt the code snippets in regards to the URL being used. You can best check the HTML snippet in the channel configuration to get the correct URL for your enterprise edition.

could you please give any reference as i am trying to to deploy shell plugin with SAP conversational AI in SAP S/4 HANA on-premise Fiori launchpad but facing the same issue as Aisurya is facing.
