Error: Reentrance_Ticket: cannot create SAP logon ticket

Hi folks,

When I run the transaction solman_workcenter a log on screen pops up with the following warning messages:

Protocol cannot be switched to HTTPS; HTPPS is not configured/active

No switch to HTTPS occured, so it is not secure to send a password

I have already checked the parameters:

login/accept_sso2_ticket = 1

icm/server_port_1 = PROT=HTTPS,PORT=8001,TIMEOUT=180

what am I missing to configure?

You may want to review SAP Note 1121248 SSO Setup for Diagnostics and also 138498 - Single Sign-On Solutions, which has more information. These notes should help. Also for SSL did you downlaod and install the SAP Cryptographic Library (SAPCRYPTOLIB)?

General Information

The SAP Cryptographic Library is the default security product delivered by SAP for performing encryption functions in SAP Systems. The Library is used for providing Secure Network Communications (SNC) between various SAP server components or for using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol with the SAP Web Application Server.

go to SMICM -go to services.

Are you able to see https service as active?if not activate it
