Error Printing a rpt in a Shipping

Has anyone seen this error before? We use a shipping software and users are printing to PDF a BOL if they are a new user it does not print, but old users it works fine. We can disable the parameters in the software and it works no problem, but we need the parameters. 

I feel like it's a reset of some sort but not sure where to look.

Appears to be a permission issue in their software.

I suggest contacting them for support.
