Error in User Administration screen of Enterprise Portal 7.0

We have recently installed the Enterprise Portal 7.0.Before applying patches we were able to see the standard pages(second level navigation like users,Roles,Groups Usermapping Etc.)under User Administration workset.we have applied latest patches for Kernel,J2EE engine etc. and have also imported the Business Packages specific to CRM 5.0.But now these pages are not visible and instead we have pages-Identity Management,Import,Proxy-to-Remote Roles,Activity Reports.When we try to open this page we get a pop-up with error:

An error has occurred:

"Failed to process the request."

Please contact your system administrator.

Can someone help me out on this.

Hi Vijaysai

Kindly check the Kernel patch, which u hv upgraded. Some times it fails to upgrade the C, C++ envirorment patch for Kernel.
