Error in Portal and R3 outputs

Dear Gurus,


Description of Business Processes with Business Impact:


An Employee has entered through portal his Over Time / Holiday Pay /

Night Shift. After submission approver can not able to see his data in

Portal or R/3 Workflow Inbox. Appearing Blank fields. This problem

affecting after Patch Work.

Its effected in Production / Quality / Development Servers:-


Up to June 2013 it was worked perfectly.

2. Used table ZPA0015

Please suggest me ASAP is it Workflow Issue asper my knowledge this not Workflow Issue or Portal Issue may be Integration, suggest me how to solve problem.


This is urgent Issue. Its affected to Payroll process of July Month. Number of Employees of this Organization was 1500.

Hi Srinivas,

please check if RFC are working fine or throwing any errors.

also check LOCAL_RFC destination in SWU3 TCODE for workflow is active or not after patch

Dear Rambabu,

Thank you very much for your reply. The problem was traced out and rectified also, that is previously Employee ID (Initiator's)  not appearing in Approvers Inbox, I have modified to appear Employee ID in Inbox, then problem occurring. So temporarily I have removed Employee ID problem solved. Now have to check solution to Display ID in Approvers Inbox.
