Error in OS job

After installing platform agent i am trying to execute the job but i am getting following error.

Error log.

My issue solved.

Its a User role issue which is not executing the job properly, after cross checking Redwood user roles, i have assined all the required roles to Redwood user now job completed successfully.

Has root.sh been executed after installation?

Hi Gerben,

Yes we have excuted root.sh after instalition only.Even platfrom agent up and running but job giving error.
