Error in MSS

Hi

I am getting following error under start process in Team page

The following error text was processed in the system MS02 : WebDynpro Exception: The ADS call has failed. You can find information about the cause in the error.pdf on the application server

The error occurred on the application server sapappdev100_MS02_00 and in the work process 0 .

The termination type was: RABAX_STATE

Looks like ADS (Adobe Document Services) isn't configured? Have you done the configuration for that?

Hi GLM

Basis team has confirmed that the ADS is running fine.

Where to configure ADS is it in ECC box or in portal

it would be helpful if i get the configuration steps for this in ECC and also portal.

This is the document for ADS config in Portal side.

You can avoid or eliminate this problem in two ways:

In NetWeaver Support Package 12 or lower, do not use an ADS that has Support Package 13 or higher.

If, for certain reasons, you have to use an ADS that has Support Package 13 or higher, implement Note 1090486

check sap notes with RABAX_STATE .
