What do you want to do with the KM navigation iView?

If you want to display some files and folders, specify the path for the folder.

Of course you will need the folder to be created in KM.

Hi,

the scenario is, i am trying to integrate file server, it has a virtual directory created on it, when i integrate this file server, a virtual directory folder will be available under my KM, now i want to give path of this folder, but problem is not in iview, its in folder, I am not able to find that folder, I think there is some problem in my integration.Do you have any idea on this?

Check the status of file system repository using KM Monitoring (System Administration ---> Monitoring --> KM --> component monitor --> repository manager)

That explains your problem.

Check the error logs and find out why its RED !!!

For proper functioning of your file system integration, you should see this repository with status running (all GREEN).

Check the following logs to identify the problem

a. Portal Default trace

b. KM application log (From monitoring)

c. KM Default trace (usr/sap/SID/JCXX/j2ee/cluster/server0/log/applications/sap.com/knowledgemanagement)

Try a different layout set.

Edit the KM Navigation iView and set new value for the layout set property.
