Error in Install the service for the shadow SCS Step

Hi,

I was upgrading SAP Solution Manager from 7.1 SPS 10 to 7.2 sps04 (Windows 2012 R2, MSSQL 2012).

While installing Java SCS service in the shadow SUM 1.0 sp19 patch 2 running into below issue. Also, attached complete error log to this note.

FYI - I was able to SCS service manually using sapstartsrv.exe

The following error or errors have occurred during the execution of the current step:Cannot install and start service for instance 3 on host <>. Could not run OS process sapstartsrv.exe for action install service. Could not start process F:\usr\sap\SUM\sdt\data\kernel\sapstartsrv.exe. Error while executing process F:\usr\sap\SUM\sdt\data\kernel\sapstartsrv.exe. java.lang.NullPointerException: null java.lang.NullPointerException

To troubleshoot the problem use the provided information. An SAP Note may provide a solution to this problem. Search for SAP Notes with the following keywords:

Any luck with this problem? I have same issue while upgrading dual stack of Solution manager.
