Error in Identity Management of MII system

Hi,

I'am facing an issue in identity management while searching for user/role/group " An error occurred; contact your system administrator ". Anyone please guide me on this.

You might check the default trace for errors.

Hi,

thanks, this provides some more information

Check out this note: 1363002 - the problem can be cause by different versions of components.

From release 7.10 the following SCAs provide the core functionality of the engine, and always must be in synch, because they have interdependencies:

BASETABLES.SCA, SERVERCORE.SCA, J2EEFRMW.SCA and ENGINEAPI.SCA, J2EEAPPS.SCA

For 7.20 it will be J2EE-APPS and SERVERCORE that need to be synched. From SAP point of view it's always the best to have the whole stack in one version - this is the only scenario we test.
