error in delta load

Hello All,

I'm getting error in <b>delta load</b> ,it was in <b>still running with 5000 records</b>

where it is running almost <b>24hours</b>.....

can any one suggest me what was the error....

if to do repeat delta... plz let me know the steps to do in R/3 and BW servers

Hi,

Check the message in RSMO-> in Status tab and in Details tab, and under OLTP IDoc number, you can find Idoc no in BW, so take this no and goto R/3 and goto BD20 and give the Idoc no and execute and refresh in BW, you will get data.

Check connection and Idoc Status also in WE02,WE05 in R/3 and BW.

As u told i have seen the details tab ....but i'm sorry i con't find the IDoc number.

can u plz make me clear on this area.... <b>where i had find OLTP Tab on the manu bar where it takes to R/3 login .....</b>

Hi SAP ..

Try to check this once...

1) Goto the Details TAB

2) Expand the "Transfer (IDocs and TRFC):"

3) click on the INFOIDOC... when u click on this u will some numbers at he bottom ..

4) the right most number is OLTP Idoc number

5) and also u will see the IDoc number for BW also just place the cursor there...

6)check the status of both Idocs it shud be 53 it means its okai... if 64 .. then u need to go to BD87 and give the Idoc number that u found in the OLTP Idoc number.. and jsut manually execute it...

7) the same u do in the BW .. try this and let me know...

OR

1) Goto the Environment->tRFC for source system and dataware.. if u find any entries there just righclick and execute the LUws manually...

OR

Check in the SM37 of R3 where u can find ur JOB is still running or canceled..

let me know if any error messege u found..

and also chekc in the JOB log in R3 are u able to find any ARFCSTATE = sys fail

Hi ,

did you check shortdump for your load. i beleive it's been shortdump, if you find short dump please provide the short dump message.. you can find short dump using st22 or through environment of monitor screen..

for repeat delta you have nothing to do in R/3 side , just mark the Qm status as red and delete from the target , and run the delta , it should ask for repeat delta, then say yes..

Hi ,

For repeating your Delta, make your request to red color in monitor status tab.and delete the request from your target.try scheduyling it again.

Note : By repeating your delta it will bring your old delta records + other new delta records after your previous laod.
